Skateboarding and Fish Poo

Skateboarding and fish poo… a few days ago we were parked up at Manganese Point and had this early morning convo with our youngest, Theo.
Our Kaupapa is all about looking into what we can do to bring about change to our rates of child abuse within our communities. Children are not just a statistic. Each child has a an awesome little character and a voice. Throughout this film project, we want to be real. One thing we have learnt on our journey so far is that people don’t like to say the words “child abuse”, they avoid it. I do the same. Think about the children of this nation, and see them for the awesome humans they are.
